To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and to help us maintain the property in excellent condition, kindly observe the following: Dispose of Trash Properly Please collect all rubbish and place it in the provided bins before check-out. Do not leave garbage bags inside the apartment or on the terrace/balcony. Do Not Leave Food Exposed Kindly avoid leaving food uncovered or open, as this may attract insects and pests. Please store food properly or dispose of leftovers before departure. Wash Used Dishes Please wash and put away any dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances used during your stay. Leave the Property Tidy Return furniture, games, and household items to their original place. Remove any personal belongings before check-out. No Smoking Indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated outdoor areas only. Proper Waste Disposal Do not flush wipes, tissues, sanitary products, or any non-toilet paper items down the toilet. Switch Off Utilities Kindly turn off lights, air conditioning, and electrical appliances when leaving the property. Registered Guests Only Only the number of guests included in the reservation may stay at the property unless prior approval has been obtained. Respect Quiet Hours Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Damages and Excessive Cleaning Any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements (including food left open, excessive rubbish, stains, or property left in an unreasonable condition) may result in additional charges.

Guests will have full private access to the entire apartment, including the bedroom, living area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. Guests can also enjoy access to the resort swimming pools, beach access, marina walkways, cafés, restaurants, and public resort facilities within Jebel Sifah. Activities nearby include golf, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, water sports, golf cart rentals, beach lounges, and kids’ play areas — making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and entertainment. Free parking is available inside the compound.
